The main topics are digital signal processing and pattern recognition with acoustical or optical signals. The program MU_KLASS for classification and was developed under WINDOWS 95. Features-, cluster analysis- and feature extraction- programs are also available. All programs are written in C++. For example more than 50 final thesis are made in conjunction with industry: 
  • Objective crack test on ceramic burning capsules
  • Analysis of vibration in linear ball bearings
  • Quality control of cable connectors with the help of an image processing system
  • Quality test on paving stones with the help of an image processing system
